Cristina Lapadatu

Founder and General Director

Mrs Lapadatu has been the founder and director of Alfa Rom since 1997. She has extensive experience in ICT and Project Management. Mrs Lapadatu holds a M.Sc. degree in International Project Management from SNSPA (National University of Political Studies and Public Administration), Bucharest, Romania.

Daniel Lapadatu, Ph.D.

Technical Director

Mr Lapadatu has more than 20 years experience in MEMS design and development, inertial navigation systems and applied physics. Prior to joining Alfa Rom, he led research and development projects at Sensonor, Infineon Technologies, poLight and Autorient Technologies. Mr Lapadatu holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in applied sciences from K.U. Leuven, Leuven, Belgium.

Dan Vartejaru

Administration Manager

Mr Vartejaru has more than 20 years in business administration. Mr Vartejaru holds a M.Sc. degree in optoelectronics from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Univ. Politehnica Bucuresti, Bucharest, Romania.
